Vergennes Area Rescue Squad
Vergennes Rescue offers carseat checks at our station at 106 Panton Road twice a month on the first Thursday and the 3rd Saturday of each month. We can also work around your schedule. Please call our station or e-mail us at the link below for individual appointments.
Our inspectors, Beth Bannister, Chuck Welch, Hilda Tallman, and Becca Webb are experts in checking and installing carseats. Our inspectors have taken a week long course and have over a full year of experience in fitting all types of children. We have fitted hundreds of carseats since the start of the program in 2005!!!
Vergennes Rescue has available in stock booster and convertable carseats for children of all ages.

Vergennes Rescue also promotes bicycle safety for all the community by offering bicycle helmets and fitting by our
members. We have various sizes (S, M, L, XL, and toddler) to fit children and young adults of all ages. We offer fittings
during major events such as Vergennes Day, and during the many carseat inspections that we offer throughout the year.
